ARToberFEST is a fine arts festival presented by The Grand 1894 Opera House. It is an outdoor event located on Galveston Island in the Historic Downtown Cultural Arts District. The festival showcases the works of the finest artists in the United States. The 2021 festival is both in-person and virtual.
 
Our outdoor live event brings more than 8,000 people through Galveston's Historic Downtown Cultural Arts District, offering visitors the opportunity to meet with exhibiting artists, enjoy artist demonstrations and enjoy food and entertainment in a historic setting. Our neighbors on Postoffice Street will be represented online at our virtual event - providing continued shopping opportunities.
